Opening up a new photography studio space - NYC Portrait Photographer

With a new school year comes new business growth for Erin Silber Photography. I am happy to announce that I am opening a studio space where I will photographing a wide range of sessions. Studio photography can capture SO much….professional headshots for individuals, for teams of employees and branding/lifestyle portraits for entrepreneurs. For kids - I photograph acting + modeling headshots for emerging young talent! It’s never too early to start that resume building. And for classic portraiture that families like to cherish forever - I photograph parent + child sessions, high school graduation portraits, fun + personality-filled child portraits and Sitting Sessions, perfect for 7-8 month olds (see more here: https://www.erinsilber.com/babies-in-studio-sitter-sessions).

Reach Out….Stop By! I’d love to see you!

BEST FRIENDS COME TO NYC - NYC Portrait Photographer

I was introduced to these amazing women through a friend of mine. Turning 65, they were coming to NYC (from the West Coast) to celebrate their special birthday and wanted to have portraits captured to commemorate it. Lots of smiles, laughs and hugs. We even created their own “Vogue” moment!

Mommy + Child Session - Brooklyn Portrait Photographer

I love seeing the connection between a mother and child. The love, the sweetness, the comfort when needed, the smiles, the hugs, the kisses - all captured in special portraits. Nothing is better than this for a family photographer.

A Special Visit to NYC - Brooklyn Family Photographer

I love this out-of-town family who came to the Big City and wanted to schedule a memorable portrait session during their recent NYC visit. With older kids in their 20s, it is still a perfect time for a family session. Not only did they have a great time with me during the shoot…but now they will forever have a visual record of their fun visit to the Big Apple. When traveling - book a portrait session for yourself! Its always worth it!

Play Time at Treasure Trunk Theatre - NYC Event Photographer

When Elisa Pupko hired me to photograph the Grand Opening of her newest Treasure Trunk Theatre location (Park Slope)...I was thrilled! A morning with kids having fun, dancing, creating and laughing...that's my type of morning!!!

Perfect for kids under 10, Treasure Trunk Theatre's mission is for children to explore drama through imagination. In their classes, kids have fun with movement, music, theatre games and visual arts. My photos really capture all the fun Treasure Trunk Theatre creates for the kids!

With the engaging photographs, Elisa + her team are able to use the images to promote her business and its new activities on its Treasure Trunk Theatre website, its instagram page and on any marketing/promotional material.

It's essential to have timeless imagery at the ready for any business need.

Love at First Sight - Brooklyn Newborn Photographer

As I just dropped off my first born to college for the very first time last week, it is so sweet to photograph a couple who is starting out on their own journey as new parents. Our kids grow up so fast but this family will forever have these visual memories to remember all their first moments with their baby boy.

One of My Favorite Families move to NJ - NYC Family Portrait Photographer

I love photographing the same families year after year. It’s like we grow up together….my business matures and so do my clients’ kids. And when they move from Manhattan or Brooklyn to the suburbs - I hope that our relationship continues on. Luckily that is what happened with this awesome family. I have photographed them for almost 10 years. So when they moved from Brooklyn to a charming NJ suburb - they did not hesitate to call me for their next family portrait session. And I did not hesitate to make a visit to their new home. These are my people and I am forever grateful!

Today She Is A College Graduate - Brooklyn Portrait Photographer

Congratulations to this amazing, smart, sweet and accomplished young woman who graduates college today. Not only is she graduating early but she played fantastic D1 basketball all throughout college. She's awesome. Her mom and her whole community is so proud of her. And it was such a pleasure to photograph her graduating senior portraits this Spring.
