This past 18 months have been tough on all of us. But when I see a couple transitioning into their next phase of life - when they decide to grow a family - I know there is hope and love for all of us in the future. That's what happened when I met this wonderful couple. They can't wait to meet their sweet bundle of joy in a few weeks. And I know that there will be much more love and happiness in the world because of him and the lovely life they will create as a family!
This woman is FABULOUS both inside and out. 35 years of friendship and decades of memories to make in our future.

I first photographed this family when the mom was pregnant with her second child. Years later, this loving couple has two growing, happy, talkative boys that adore each other and are surrounded by so much love. I’ve known this woman, a fellow photographer, for years. She’s been photographing portraits professional but, like all busy professionals, she has rarely gotten her own family (with herself included) captured.
